My Reports

The reports seen in your My reports page are the result of running the default reports in the Report library, then saving the results in one of three ways: Dynamic report (reruns for new data), a manual snapshot (point-in-time data), or a scheduled snapshot (auto-generated on a recurring basis).

Permissions Required: View Reports (least), Manage Reports or Administer Reports (see Permissions)

Reports and Snapshots that you Own

Owned by me is available for both Dynamic reports and snapshots.

Click Dynamic reports. You have the ability to run Dynamic reports and manage them in your own library of reports. You can run, delete, and schedule these reports. See Scheduling Reports.

Click Snapshots. As indicated by the Ownership filter, you can view, download, and share your snapshots.

Click Share to view a list of all shared users and the date shared. The Share dialog also allows you to edit permissions for sharing or revoke access to a snapshot (requires confirmation). You can share with users on the platform or outside the platform. The following check boxes determine permissions that will be applied to the share:

  • Share within platform allows sharing with platform users.

  • Share outside platform allows sharing with external email recipients.

  • Allow download without verification enforces the use of a verification code (via email) for recipients outside the platform when they download.

Snapshots that are Shared with You

Shared with me is available for snapshots. You can view and unsubscribe from these snapshots.

Schedules

Click Schedules to view scheduled reports that you own or have been shared with you.

If you are the owner (Owned by me tab), you can run the report. See Running a Report. You can also edit, disable, delete, and share the report.

If the scheduled report was shared with you (Shared with me tab), you can view the snapshot, download, and unsubscribe. You receive this email notification each time the report runs, until you unsubscribe.

Resharing is conditional per the permissions set by the owner.
