Prerequisites

Before integrating Cloud Suite and Privileged Access Service (PAS) with ServiceNow, make sure that the following prerequisites are met.

ServiceNow Requirements

• Make sure that you use a supported ServiceNow instance. For information about the supported ServiceNow releases for the Cloud Suite and PAS integration with ServiceNow, see ServiceNow Release Integration Matrix.

PAS Requirements

• Make sure that you have a valid user account with a System Administrator role in PAS. For information about creating a user and assigning the user a System Administrator role, see Creating a User in Cloud Suite (PAS).

Cloud Suite Requirements

• Install and configure a Cloud Suite instance.

• Configure Privilege Elevation Commands and/or Command Sets in Cloud Suite to request Privilege Elevation commands in ServiceNow.

• Configure roles in Cloud Suite to raise requests in ServiceNow for role access.

• Associate the required directories with Cloud Suite.
