Prerequisites

Make sure you have all necessary accounts and utilities before starting the integration by verifying the following:

• Install and configure Jenkins with the required plugin for the Delinea Secret Server integration.

In Jenkins, go to Dashboard > Manage Jenkins > Plugins, then select Delinea Secret Server Plugin from the list of available plugins.

• Obtain the latest valid Secret Server user credentials with either Admin or non-Admin roles. For more information about how to create a Service account, click here.

• Verify that you have the required View permissions for the secrets you need to access through Jenkins. For more information about how to create a secret in Secret Server, click here.
