Integrating Privilege Manager and Delinea Platform

The Delinea Platform and Secret Server API are not unified, so connecting Privilege Manager with Delinea Platform's vaulting capability requires the following workaround.

1. Log in to Secret Server, then click Settings | Platform integration configuration.

2. Click Edit, clear Force Platform Only Login, then click Save.

3. Log in to the Delinea Platform, then click Settings | Secret Server | Secret Server connection.

4. Copy the Secret Server URL, then log out of the Delinea Platform.

5. Open a new Incognito or InPrivate window, then log in using the Secret Server URL you copied.

6. Navigate to Settings | Users, then click Create user.

7. Fill out the requested information, select Application Account and click Save.

8. Apply permissions as needed.

9. Log out of Secret Server and log back in as the newly-created application account.

10. Change the password, then save it outside of Secret Server.

11. Log in to Privilege Manager and add the newly-created application account's credentials.
