Third-Party Integrations with Delinea

This integration category covers any code or script that a third-party vendor writes to integrate with Delinea using SOAP web services or API. Delinea does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party code or its compliance with Delinea product limitations.

Support Policy for Delinea Third-Party Integrations

For commercially sold third-party products which have vendor support, Delinea may elect to attend customer support calls. The third-party product must be able to provide a knowledgeable resource and share specifics about how they integrate with the Delinea application. The goal of such calls would be to advise the third-party vendor about what they need to change to better integrate with Delinea products. Assistance with configuration or troubleshooting these tools with third-party systems is not within the scope of what the Delinea Support organization can provide at this time. Delinea does not guarantee that every configuration of third-party systems will work with 3rd-Party integrations.
