Log in to Delinea Secret Server via a browser at https://localhost/SecretServer.

From the menu in the left pane, select Administration > Configuration > HSM.

Select Enable HSM.

Make sure to back up your encryption.config file before proceeding.

Select Next.

Select the API Type.

Select the required options:

Select nCipher Security World Key Storage Provider for the Persistent Provider

Select the Key Type, Key Size and Padding Type

Select the Library Name
-
Enter the Token Label and User Pin

Select the Key Type and Key Size
-
Select Next.
- Check the HSM Configuration Test Results. For example, the PKCS11 Test Results.
- Select Next. A verification page opens.
For CNG:
For PKCS11:
The HSM is tested with the provided configuration, and the results are displayed.
