Integrating ServiceNow with the Delinea Platform enables Iris Authorization (IAA) to seamlessly interact with your organization’s IT service workflows. By connecting ServiceNow as your ticketing and approval system, c can automatically validate requests, enforce access policies, and streamline privileged access decisions based on real-time ticket status and context.

This integration helps ensure that access is granted only when authorized through ServiceNow, improving security while reducing manual effort. Once configured, Delinea Platform will use ServiceNow ticket information to automate approvals, verify change or incident records, and maintain a compliant, auditable access process.
