Verification

  1. Once you run the application, an approval window should open.

  2. Enter a reason and select Ok.

  3. The modal on the agent will remain open with a pending status.

  4. In ServiceNow, navigate to All > Delinea Privilege Manager > Requests.

  5. From the list of requests, select the one corresponding to the request.

  6. Use the Action dropdown to select either Approve or Deny.

  7. Select Update to apply the change.

  8. After taking the appropriate action in ServiceNow, the request status will be updated accordingly on the agent side.
