Prerequisites

Before starting the integration process between Privilege Manager and ServiceNow, there are certain prerequisites that must be met:

• Make sure you have a functional ServiceNow instance in order for you to configure and manage the integration. Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform is essential, as the integration will involve working with ServiceNow, system configurations, and potentially creating or modifying custom scripts and workflows.

• Make sure you have a ServiceNow Admin user.

• You need to ensure that the Privilege Manager is installed and operational.
