Using the Logs to Troubleshoot Issues
The integration between the Delinea Platform and ServiceNow provides detailed logs that you can use to troubleshoot errors that can occur when using the integration. The following steps describe how to access the logs.
-
In ServiceNow, navigate to All > Delinea Platform Integration > Admin > Logs.
-
To set the log level, navigate to All > Delinea Platform Integration > Properties and set the log level as Info or Debug to fit your requirements.
