Prerequisites

The integration of the Delinea Platform requires that the following requirements be met:

• The Delinea Platform is properly provisioned and configured in your environment. For more information about provisioning and configuring the Delinea Platform, see the Getting Started in the Delinea Platform documentation.

• The Privilege Control for Servers (PCS) feature is enabled and authentication profiles are correctly set up for your tenant in the Delinea Platform. For more information about authentication profiles, see the Creating Authentication Profiles in the Delinea Platform documentation.

• A ServiceNow instance using a supported ServiceNow release is configured. For information about the ServiceNow releases that the integration of the Delinea Platform with ServiceNow supports, see ServiceNow Release Integration Matrix.

• The integration relies on managed computers that are joined to an Active Directory domain.
