Prerequisites

Secret Server

• Admin access to your Secret Server instance (On-Prem, Cloud, or the Delinea Platform)

• Secret Server must be able to connect to the ServiceNow web services over port 80 or 443 (SSL is highly recommended).

ServiceNow

• Ensure the REST API plugin is enabled in ServiceNow.

• A ServiceNow user account with GET and MODIFY permissions on the following tables:

  • Change Request

  • Incident
