Integrating ServiceNow ITSM with Secret Server

Secret Server integrates with ServiceNow’s Incident and Change Management services, enabling real-time validation of ticket numbers and the addition of work detail items to requests. This integration leverages ServiceNow’s native REST-based web services for seamless communication.

This integration supports both Secret Server Cloud and Secret Server On-Premises, providing a consistent and seamless experience across deployment environments.

Supported ticket types include Incident (INC) and Change (CHG). The integration allows Secret Server to validate ticket numbers, check ticket status, and add work notes to ServiceNow requests.

Upgrading to the Delinea Platform requires no additional setup. As long as you used the same Secret Server URL when upgrading to the Deliea Platform, your existing ServiceNow ITSM with Secret Server integration will continue to function properly.
