Troubleshooting

The integration of Cloud Suite Privileged Access Service (PAS) with ServiceNow provides detailed logs for errors that may occur. To troubleshoot access issues related to Delinea Cloud Suite, you can refer to the following instructions on how to locate its access logs:

  1. Go to the All tab > Delinea Cloud Suite Integration > Properties and re-verify the cloud suite details. The Delinea Tenant Properties window is displayed.

  2. Go to ServiceNow > Delinea Cloud Suite Integrations > Admin > Logs.

  3. Share a screenshot of the displayed logs.
