The following features have been added:

  • The Incident and Change Management request form now has a Delinea Privilege Elevation section.

  • The Delinea tab enables users to request a specific level of privilege for an approved incident or change management request in ServiceNow through Just-In-Time (JIT) access.

  • Updated the Configuration (Properties) page in the ServiceNow UI for Incident and Change Management workflow.

  • We can now display Privilege Elevation sets along with the associated commands.

  • A user can monitor and manage ticket status before escalating.
