Prerequisites

The integration of Red Hat OpenShift / ESO with Secret Server requires that the following requirements be met.

Secret Server prerequisites

  • Secret Server is installed and configured in your environment. For more information about configuring Secret Server, see the Secret Server documentation.

  • Secret Server version 11.6 and later are supported.

  • You have admin access to Secret Server.

Delinea Platform prerequisites

  • The Delinea Platform is properly provisioned and configured in your environment. For more information about provisioning and configuring the Delinea Platform, see the Delinea Platform documentation.

  • You have admin access to the Delinea Platform.

Red Hat OpenShift prerequisites for full feature support in GA version 1.0.0

  • ROSA or Red Hat OpenShift version 4.20 or later.

  • ESO Community version 0.19.0 or later (automatically pulled by Red Hat).

  • ESO must be deployed via Helm, following the official Red Hat documentation. Helm charts ensure full deployment of community ESO version 0.19.0 under the Red Hat 1.0.0 operator documentation.

  • The cluster-admin or dedicated-admin role in Red Hat OpenShift.

  • Outbound network access on the following ports:

    • TCP 443 (HTTPS)

    • TCP/UDP 53 (DNS)
