Setup

To set up a PingOne application for Identity Threat Protection (ITP):

  1. Log in to PingIdentity as an admin.

  2. Select an environment in which to create the application, for example, “Administrators.”

  3. From the selected environment, select Applications, then select the + sign.

  4. In the Add Application dialog, enter these:

    • Application Name

    • Description (optional)

    • Icon (optional)

  5. For Application Type, select Worker, then select Save. The new application opens.

  6. Select the Roles tab then select the Grant Roles option.

    1. In the Available responsibilities list, select the Configuration Read Only role.

    2. Click the down-arrow and select the box

    3. Scroll to find the Identity Data Read Only role.

    4. Select at least one environment.

      If you select only one, it is advisable to select the Administrators option.

  7. Click Save.

  8. Select the toggle to enable the new environment:

  9. Select the Configuration tab.
