Troubleshooting

Sometimes it takes time (about 5-10 minutes) to reflect the changes in the Credentials tab in the XSOAR server.
There is an open issue for the Credential cache in the XSOAR server (Bug ID: CRTX-74597). If the user saved credentials using Delinea Plugin, the user cannot login/connect with the secret server using saved credentials. Palo Alto is aware of the issue and the fix is being scheduled. A credential can be manually saved using the Credential tab on the XSOAR server as a workaround.
