• Your user account has admin permissions.

• Ability to create and assign Platform service accounts.

• Ability to configure secret permissions and folder access.

Azure DevOps

• You have access to an Azure DevOps organization and administrative permissions.

• Permission to create and edit pipelines.

• Azure DevOps Pipelines are enabled in your project.
