Configure Secret Server Settings

1. Sign in to Secret Server.

2. The Home page opens.

3. Go to Admin > Configuration. The Configurationwindow opens.

4. At the bottom of the page, select Edit. The Edit Configuration page opens.

5. Select the Enable Web services check box.

6. Under the Syslog/CEF Logging Advanced Settings Information area, select the Enable Syslog/CEF Logging check box and enter the syslog server.

   Under the Syslog/CE Logging Advanced Settings Information area, select the Enable Syslog/CE Logging check box and enter the IP address of the machine/server where the universal forwarder is configured in the IP Address field. Then specify the UDP port number used by the universal forwarder in the Port field.

7. Select Save.
