Prerequisites

Before you configure the integration between GitHub and Secret Server, ensure that the following requirements are met.

Delinea Platform Requirements

• The Delinea Platform is properly provisioned and configured in your environment. For more information about provisioning and configuring the Delinea Platform, see the Delinea Platform documentation.

• You have admin access to the Delinea Platform.

Secret Server Requirements

• Secret Server is installed and configured in your environment. For more information about configuring Secret Server, see the Secret Server documentation.

• Secret Server version 11.x and later are supported.

• The account you use for the integration must have View permission on the secrets that GitHub will retrieve.

GitHub Requirements

• You must have Maintainer access to the GitHub repository.

• The GitHub repository must have Actions enabled.

• You must have a GitHub Runner capable of executing Docker-based jobs.
