How to Restrict the Clusters That Can Fetch Secrets from Delinea

Access cannot be restricted directly via clusters. You can restrict access by managing user-level or group-level permissions for secrets in Secret Server or the Delinea Platform. For more information about setting up appropriate secret permissions in Secret Server, see Secret Permissions in the Secret Server documentation. For more information about setting up appropriate secret permissions, see Platform Permissions in the Delinea Platform documentation (go to the "Secret Server Permissions" section on the page).

How to Simulate ESO-Like Behavior for a VM-Based Workloads?

1. Run a local minikube or a Kubernetes cluster on the VM.

2. Deploy ESO in the cluster.

3. Use ESO to synchronize secrets into that cluster and expose them via hostPath or API.
