Prerequisites

The integration of ConnectWise ScreenConnect with Secret Server requires that the following requirements be met:

• A ScreenConnect instance is configured. This integration requires ScreenConnect 2024.4 or later. For more information, see the ConnectWise ScreenConnect documentation.

• Secret Server is properly installed and configured in your environment. For more information about installing and configuring Secret Server, see the Secret Server documentation. Secret Server version 11.x and later are supported.
