Prerequisites

The integration of ConnectWise ScreenConnect with Delinea Platform requires that the following requirements be met:

• A ScreenConnect instance is configured. This integration requires ScreenConnect 2024.4 or later. For more information, see the ConnectWise ScreenConnect documentation.

• The Delinea Platform is properly provisioned and configured in your environment. For more information about provisioning and configuring Delinea Platform, see the Delinea Platform documentation.
