ConnectWise ScreenConnect provides secure remote support and access. With features like end-to-end encryption, strong authentication, and granular access controls, ScreenConnect keeps remote connections secure.

The product is available as a cloud hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) or a self-hosted server application that allows users to host the software on their own servers, PC, virtual machine (VM), or virtual private server (VPS). A user initiates a connection session to a remote machine through the central web application on a host machine.

The Secret Server ConnectWise Folder Synchronization feature was deprecated in a previous release. While it may still function in certain legacy on-premises versions, the related UI pages are planned for removal in an upcoming on-premises release (version 11.9.x). This feature has already been removed from Secret Server Cloud.
