Specify Commands to Run After Refreshing Machine Group Policy

Use this group policy to specify commands that will be run after the computer's group policy is refreshed. These commands will run after the group policy is first applied to the computer and also after any subsequent policy updates.

By default, policies are updated on computer systems every 90 to 120 minutes.
