Enable Setting Processors for adclient

Specify whether adclient will inherit the CPU affinity from its parent process (for example, init or systemd).

If you set this to true, adclient will use the CPUs based on the setting of adclient.use.all.cpus (Linux) or adclient.use.all.cpus (non-Linux). Otherwise, adclient will inherit the CPU affinity from its parent process.

When not configured, the system sets the default value to true.

This policy modifies the adclient.set.cpus setting in the DirectControl configuration file.
