Notes
This is a baseline report to provide a snapshot of product accessibility. No remediations have been made as of the time of this report.
Known Issues
This list outlines the current challenges that users may encounter, along with potential solutions.
-
Keyboard use and freezing: Keyboard functionality frequently freezes when in a remote connection and the Access Manager application is open. This causes the application to freeze, requiring Task Manager to close. In addition, context-sensitive menus normally available via right-click on a mouse are not accessible using standard keyboard key combinations or the Windows method of Shift + F10 to emulate a 'right-click'. However, these issues were not consistent during testing, occurring on average 80% of the time.
-
Keyboard and mouse use: The inner panel--often displaying more details--only seems to respond to mouseover controls (such as the 'wizard' tool displaying three suggested common tasks). The inner/details panel alone does not seem to change if Windows High Contrast or similar tools are used.
-
The Action menu is context-dependent and specific to each item. While there is technically a keyboard-accessible action menu, attempting to access it via keyboard changes the context--resulting in a generic menu instead. The actions available for any given item depend on using a mouse right-click. These actions are not available via keyboard, not even when using Shift + F10 to emulate the 'right-click' action on Windows.
-
-
AssistiveTechnology Compatibility: During evaluations, screen reader software failed to register anything in the remote session beyond the Remote Desktop Connection main window title.
-
Language of Page: Target computer language settings, if available, are set up during the setup of Delinea Access Manager on any target/subject computer. During testing, there was no other available language setting to test language declarations and changes. Please consult with a Delinea support specialist if you have any questions. This would ordinarily impact assistive technology like screen readers, but in light of the Assistive Technology Compatibility note previously mentioned, it is not possible to test adequately at this time.
