Configuring Teams Management

To set up Secret Server to use the team management feature:

1. Create a new role called Team Limited User.

2. Assign all role permissions of the standard user role except Unrestricted by Teams.

3. Assign users you want restricted by teams to this role.

4. Remove the User role from their account.

If you want all new users restricted by team, you can configure Secret Server to assign the Team Limited User role as the default upon creation of a new user.
