Global Search

Global search appears at the top of every page in Secret Server. When you click inside the search box, a search window appears.

The window dynamically changes as you type a search term. At the top of the window there are six filter buttons that tell you how many search hits in each category. There are five places within the application (contents) that contain the word that is searched. The categories are:

• Content: The application interface.

• Favorite: Secrets marked as favorites.

• Folders: Secret folders.

• Recent: Recent search terms.

• Secrets: Secret names.
