Resetting TOTP for Secret Server Users

From the Admin menu, select Users.

Select the check box beside the user to reset two-factor authentication for.

Click select Reset TOTP Auth Two FactorFrom on the < Select Bulk Operation > drop-down menu.

Click OK in the dialog that appears, confirming the operation.

The user is now required to complete the soft token setup with a mobile device the next time they log into Secret Server. See User Setup of Soft Token Two-Factor Authentication for further details on the account and mobile app setup that follow.
