Default Launcher Requirements
- IBM iSeries Launcher: For Secret Server itself, nothing is required. For distributed engines, the
ws3270.exe file, found in the Secret Server directory, must be copied to the distributed engine folder on the engine, which is typically found at C:\Program Files\Thycotic Software Ltd\Distributed Engine.
- PowerShell Launcher: Requires PowerShell to be installed. When installed, the program is automatically added to the PATH.
- SQL Server Launcher: Requires SQL Server Management Studio to be installed. When installed, the program is automatically added to the PATH.
- Sybase iSQL Launcher: Requires that
isql.exe is installed.
- z/OS Launcher: For Secret Server itself, nothing is required. For distributed engines, the
