Adding a Passcode

You can use TOTP codes generated by Delinea Mobile as an authentication method when logging in to web pages that require multi-factor authentication.

Do not change these settings unless instructed by your service provider.

To add a new passcode:

  1. Open the Delinea Mobile app and tap Passcodes.

  1. Tap Add Passcode.

  1. If you have a QR code, you can scan it, and Delinea Mobile will automatically generate a TOTP code.

    Alternatively, you can select Manual Setup.

    You need to authorize Delinea Mobile to access your smartphone camera to use this option.

  1. If you decide to set up the TOTP code manually, enter the Issuer, Account Name and Authentication Key. Tap Save Passcode when you're done.

  1. If you want to edit the Key Algorithm, OTP Digits, and the time period (in seconds) for OTP code validity, select Advanced Options.

Deleting a TOTP Code

You can delete a TOTP passcode in the Delinea Mobile app to remove access for an account you no longer use.

To delete a TOTP code:

  1. Tap the More Options menu on the TOTP code.

  1. Select Delete Account.

Editing Account Settings

You can edit account settings in the Delinea Mobile app to managed your preferences.

To edit your account settings:

  1. Tap the profile icon.
  2. Select Settings.
  1. Edit any of the following: 
    • Use Face ID to Unlock App
    • Use AutoFill
    • Dark mode
    • Clear Downloads
