Reviewing Session Recordings

With session review, administrators can view live and previously recorded sessions. Both display noted activity at specific time stamps. You can apply filters to view a more concise set of activities within your recordings.

You can comment on specific parts of the recording. These comments include a time stamp. Other users may reply to comment threads.

To comment on a session recording: 

1. Tap Insights, then tap Sessions.

2. Select the session recording you want to comment on.

3. Tap Comments to view existing comments.

4. Add a new comment or respond to an existing one.

5. Tap the paper airplane icon to post.

   You can also review the session recording's activity and information by tapping Activity or Session Info under the selected recording.

Terminating Session Recordings

Administrators can actively view live sessions and terminate sessions that show signs of unauthorized activity.

To terminate a session recording: 

1. Tap Insights, then tap Sessions.

2. Select the session recording you want to terminate.

3. Tap Session Info.

4. Tap Terminate Session.
