Logging in to the Delinea Mobile App

You can use the Delinea Mobile app to log in to the Delinea Platform and Secret Server.

Logging in to the Delinea Platform from the Delinea Mobile App

Logging in to the Delinea Platform from the Delinea Mobile app allows you to manage your secrets, use auto-fill functionality, and access downloaded credentials offline.

To log in to the Delinea Platform from the Delinea Mobile app:

1. At the login screen, enter your Delinea Platform tenant URL.

   

2. Enter your Username.

   

3. Enter your Password and select an authentication method.

   

4. Tap Next to log in.

5. If you have enabled multifactor authentication, you will need to complete it as per the selected authentication method.

Logging in to Secret Server from the Delinea Mobile App

Logging in to Secret Server from the Delinea Mobile app enables you to connect to your Secret Server instances and access stored secrets.

To log in to Secret Server from the Delinea Mobile app:

1. At the login screen, enter your Secret Server URL.

   

2. Log in to Secret Server or authenticate through your identity provider.

   

3. Log in with your Username and Password.

Log in with Biometric Unlock

Delinea Mobile supports biometric unlock for devices running the following operating systems:

• iOS 14 and newer (Face ID)
• Android 10 and newer (Touch ID)

If biometric unlock fails, you can enter your device PIN code to log in.

Biometric Authentication

If you enable biometry, you can unlock the app using any biometric authentication available on your device, such as Face ID or fingerprint ID. This feature allows quick and secure access to secrets without needing to log in each time.

You can use biometry to bypass logging in for up to 90 days. Your administrator sets the exact number of days before a login is required in Platform.

If you disable biometry on your device or in the app settings, you will need to log in every time you open the app or switch focus away from it and back again.
