Software Subscriptions

The software Subscriptions page on the Delinea Platform provides a centralized view of all active and past product subscriptions, and enables you to do the following:

• Track upcoming renewals or trial expirations

• Monitor license usage to ensure you stay within purchased capacity

• Plan for additional license allocation in upcoming terms

Accessing the Subscriptions Page

On the Delinea Platform, navigate to: Marketplace > Subscriptions.

The Subscriptions page displays your current and past subscriptions in a table view.

Subscription Details

Each subscription entry includes the following:

Field	Description
Subscription Name	Name of the subscription
Description	Short description of the subscription
Start Date	Date the subscription began
End Date	Date the subscription will expire
Status	Current state of the subscription (e.g., Active, Expired)
Consumed Licenses	Number of licenses currently in use
Allocated Licenses	Total number of licenses purchased or allocated for a trial
Subscription Type	Indicates whether the subscription is a Trial or Purchased license
