Common Provisioning Issues

Issue Resolution
Issues when provisioning users and groups to the Delinea Platform Test and validate your SCIM endpoint with the Microsoft Entra provisioning service. For detailed instructions on how to test the SCIM endpoint, see the Microsoft Entra ID documentation.
Test connection fails. Verify that the tenant URL and access token in the provisioning settings in Microsoft Entra ID are correct. Ensure that the SCIM endpoint is reachable from Azure.
Users not provisioning Confirm that the users are assigned to the enterprise application in Microsoft Entra ID. Check the scoping rules.
Attribute mapping errors Review the provisioning logs for specific attribute errors. Adjust the mappings accordingly.
Cycle shows "quarantine" status Microsoft Entra ID quarantines provisioning if error rates are high. Fix the underlying errors and restart.
Changes not syncing Incremental cycles run every ~40 minutes. Use on-demand provisioning for immediate testing.
