Using URL Lists

This feature is currently in private preview. At this time, we are no longer accepting new customers into the private preview. Stay tuned for updates on future availability.

Using URL lists helps match a secret to any similar URLs you enter in the URL textbox. You can add a URL List field to any secret template while editing the template.

To add the URL List field to your secret templates: 

  1. In Delinea Platform, select your secret template to edit under Settings > Secret templates.

  2. Click Fields, then click Add Fields.

  3. Fill out the Name, Field slug name, and Description fields.

  4. Select URL List from the Date type dropdown.

  5. Click Save.

After you complete these steps, you can add the new URL List field to any secret that uses the edited secret template.

To edit the URL List template: 

  1. In Delinea Platform, navigate to Settings > Secret templates.

  2. Select the secret template where you added the URL List field.

  3. Click Fields.

  4. Click Edit and make any changes to the template.

  5. Click Save.

Adding URL Lists to a Secret

Adding URL lists to your secrets will match any of the similar URLs listed to your secret and autofill them.

To add the URL List template to an existing secret: 

  1. Open your secret in Delinea Credential Manager.

  2. Click + Add List.

  3. Add your list of similar URLs.

    The secret will match any of these URLs for autofill.

  4. Click Save.
