Protocol Handler Approved URLs
When launching protocol handler,Connection Manager checks the source URLs of the Secret Server that launched the secret. If a user does not have a previously approved URL, Connection Manager will display a message requesting the user to either approve of deny approval URL and the system will automatically remember this selection for future use.
Connection Managerwill not run secret from denied Secret Server URLs. If the user denied the Secret Server URL by mistake, and wants to fix this issue, they should delete the ApprovedSsUrlStorage.dat file located in the application's data folder (reload application).
Protocol Handler Allowed Domains in the Registry Editor
If you have a list of allowed domains in the registry editor, Connection Manager will only allow you to connect to the URLs in this allowed list via external browser:
If no values are added, all URLs will be allowed.
