How to Configure Idle Session Timeout

You can automatically log out users from Admin Portal after a period of inactivity. The default inactive period is five minutes.

This policy has no effect on mobile device users.

To Enable Automatic User Log Out:

  1. Log in to Admin Portal.

  2. Click Settings > Users > Idle User Session Timeout.

  3. Select Automatically log out idle users.

  4. Enter the time period.

  5. Click Save.
